Service Description
This initial call is designed to get you set up and ready to start using your EJM Academy membership. We'll make sure your Academy dashboard is ready, talk through your goals and current training, and make sure you know exactly what to do next.

Cancellation Policy
This onboarding call is included free of charge with your Academy membership. Things happen! If you need to reschedule, that's absolutely fine. Just please give me as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else. Please don't cancel or reschedule at the last minute unless you genuinely need to. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may delay your Academy setup.
