Range Safety Theory

For all levels of archers.

Service Description

Range Safety Theory Learn from the comfort of your own home! A one off course, covering all of the theory from the BHAA Range Safety Officer (both ground and mounted) modules. Date: Thursday 20th June 2024 at 7pm. Open to all, and appropriate for ages 12+. You do not need to be a member of the British Horseback Archery Association to join these sessions, but if you are looking to work towards your any of your BHAA Qualifications, assessment sessions can be booked separately. Course content: 1) Learn how to carry our risk assessments for any potential archery site. 2) Know how to set up a range safely. 3) Understand how to conduct a shoot or mounted practice safely, and the commands that are used. 4) Understand scoring systems for various target faces. Sessions are delivered via Zoom, and you will receive the link when you sign up.
